01 Putra Mosque

Consider as one of the Putrajaya's most distinctive landmarks and also one of the most modern mosques in the world. Three quarter of the beautiful dusky pink mosque floats on Putrajaya Lake. It reflects the evolution of mosque design by its Islamic-architecture artistically blends traditional designs, local craftsmanship and the use of indigenous materials.

02 Perdana Putra

It houses the offices of Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Chief Secretary to the Government. Its green pitched roof converges at the onion-shaped glazed mosaic main dome and surrounded by four smaller domes denoting the Malay and Islamic heritage of the nation.

03 Dataran Putra (Putra Square)

It is designed for the purpose of staging national events and formal parades. The square is divided into 11 segments, in the pattern of 11-pointed star, representing the 11 states of Malaya when the country gained independence in 1957. Within this is 13 pointed stars representing the 13 states that formed Malaysia in 1963, and within this a 14-pointed star representing the 13 states and the Federal Territory.

04 Cruise Putrajaya Lake

You can cruise Putrajaya Lake and to see the stunning landmarks in the city by taking a luxury cruise or Malay traditional boat called “perahu”.

05 Seri Wawasan Bridge

It is one of the most beautiful cable-stayed bridges in Malaysia built with the latest technology which create the illusion of a boat sails in tension, blown by the wind.

06 Recreation

There are many parks available for those who yearn for a trip to leisure and greenery exploration.

07 Putrajaya Fireworks

The Ministry of Tourism Malaysia has successfully organized and hosted the International Fireworks Competitions in Putrajaya. Around 100,000 people have turned up for the event.

08 Putrajaya Hot Balloon Festival

Putrajaya is also providing a good venue to host the Hot Balloon Festival. The fiesta has caught the attention of the local as well as the international visitor, media and photographers.
